An order is placed by adding an item to the cart and then proceeding with the checkout process. Once the checkout process is complete, the browser will redirect the customer to a secure page for payment.
PAYMENT & PRICES
All payments are handled over secure connections with our PSP ( payment service provider ) partner KLARNA. No credit card information is passing or handled on our servers. For further information about our PSP partner and how they handle information please contact KLARNA support.
Prices include 25% VAT if you have the region set to 'EU' as in European Union. If region is set to 'Outside EU', prices are without VAT.
If you are ordering from outside the EU, your order may be subject to VAT, Value added tax, and/or other taxes and fees. Reborn in Color can not in any way control this or be held responsible or accountable for additional costs like this.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without further notice. The prices shown are the current prices.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When an order is placed and paid, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Your order will be sent to the address given when placing the order. Orders are processed and sent out within 2 business days.
Delivery times may vary and depend on destination and courier, but normally within 2-4 business days for Sweden, 3-7 business days for EU and 4-10 business days for International orders. Unless otherwise stated, below shipping fees apply:

You have the right to take part of the registered information about you upon request. If the information should be found to be incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, you have the right to demand that the information is corrected or deleted.
RETURNS & REFUNDS & CLAIMS
If you for any reason would like to return, exchange or report a claim on a purchased item, please contact us through e-mail on email@example.com within 14 days from delivery.
For a full refund excluding shipping charges, items must be in their original condition, un-used, with all labels and tags attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once a return is approved Klarna will refund the amount due to the customer.
In case of a return or exchange all shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or there has been some other mistake by our account.
We cannot take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.
If your package is damaged when being delivered, you need to report this to the courier on sight.
All our vintage products have been carefully sourced from around the world for their craftsmanship and splendid quality. They have survived generations. We chase and collect them. We give them new life. They have been washed, repaired and dyed in a new color. Each item’s history adds character and charm, and yes they have been used so there can be minor usage marks. All vintage items are quality checked by our team in-house, both before and after dying. We hope you will come to love these products as much as we have loved sourcing them for you. Of course we want you to be satisfied with all your Reborn In Color products. Hence, for vintage you also have a standard 14 days return and exchange policy. In case of a return or exchange all shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or there has been some other mistake by our account. Please send back the purchased items in the same condition as you received it.
Please be aware that all vintage products lived a previous life with its own personality. Therefore we always do our best to show and specify all possible deviations and defects in the product description. We always aim to select the best quality vintage products that can be found around the world and give you the best advice on how to take care of the item.

In the case of an event that lies outside of Reborn In Colors control; including but not limited to civil war, revolution, riots, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, strike, or similar events ('Force Majeure'); Reborn in Color shall be excused from any of its obligations and reserves the right to cancel, and/or not fulfill the contract that has been established between Reborn In Color and the customer.
