RETURNS & REFUNDS & CLAIMS
If you for any reason would like to return, exchange or report a claim on a purchased item, please contact us through e-mail on email@example.com within 14 days from delivery.
For a full refund excluding shipping charges, items must be in their original condition, un-used, with all labels and tags attached. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Once a return is approved Klarna will refund the amount due to the customer.
In case of a return or exchange all shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery, or there has been some other mistake by our account.
We cannot take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package.
If your package is damaged when being delivered, you need to report this to the courier on sight.
